Kim Rice Wilson | PCC, NCC
Kim specializes in coaching corporate leaders in their inter-personal communication and business relationships and in reaching other performance goals and objectives. Kim also provides consulting expertise in developing and implementing communication strategies, primarily related to organizational change.
Kim has more than 25 years of experience in project management, process management, process design and process quality, and has worked in financial services, manufacturing, information technology, the public sector and not-for-profit organizations.
She received a B.A. from Denison University, obtained her training and coaching certification from the Newfield Network and is certified by the International Coach Federation. Kim serves on several not-for-profit boards.
