Kathy Hoyt
Kathy Hoyt is a training and communications expert whose work supports clients’ efforts to unleash their critical business relationships both internally and externally. She has more than 25 years experience supporting the development of work teams with training programs in relationship management, whole-brain approaches, sales skills, sales management and other relationship management capabilities.
In her team-building consulting, Kathy also uses advanced proprietary research to help groups understand the differences in the ways individuals use their brains. The learning generated creates high-performing individuals and teams better able to adapt more quickly to change, and communicate value more effectively with internal and external customers. She has designed, developed, and delivered a wide variety of performance-improvement training programs for Fortune 500 firms in the insurance industry, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, manufacturing companies, and health care organizations.
Kathy received her B.S. in Education and her M.A. in Communications from The Ohio State University.
