Dan Shaffer has focused his expertise in relationship management on research, engineering and technical services organizations. He has the rare skill of being able to communicate effectively with both technical people and business people. His systems perspective allows him to help firms effectively use technology to support their most critical relationships. In addition, he has extensive expertise in relationship recovery and strategic partnering.
In over thirty-five years of consulting, Dan has advised some of the largest organizations in the technical sector on implementing relationship management strategies and strategic account management programs. These programs and strategies drive top-line business growth and resolve problems with specific account relationships.
Dan received his B.S. in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and his M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. He is a member of Simulation Councils, The World Future Society, and The Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies.
